Catering

The Catering department has extensive experience looking after the culinary side of meetings and events. The museum works with renowned chefs and provides a catering service tailored to your requirements, ranging from welcome coffee and catering packages for meetings to full lunches or luxury sit-down dinners.

It is also possible to work with a caterer of your preference. We would be delighted to discuss the possibilities with you.

Technical Facilities

The spaces have a range of audiovisual equipment.
The Boardroom and Auditorium are equipped with a beamer and screen. Lights can be easily dimmed. In the Auditorium and exhibition areas you can use a sound system with a hand-held microphone (Auditorium) or lapel microphone (exhibition areas).

We work with Ruad Audiovisuele Middelen to provide extensive technical facilities and experienced technicians.

Conditions

Smoking is not permitted in the museum.

Please note that the Cobra Museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. If your event is scheduled outside these hours, additional staffing costs will apply.
