The Cobra Museum of Modern Art has a variety of unique spaces that are suitable for events, from specialised meetings to a stylish drinks reception or dinner.

Boardroom

The Boardroom is an efficiently designed space for meetings (including lunch meetings), training and instruction sessions. The Boardroom is located near the offices on the first floor of the museum, away from the main areas. The space has its own toilets and cloakroom facilities for the convenience of guests attending meetings. Lighting in the Boardroom can be dimmed for PowerPoint, DVD and slide presentations. The Boardroom is suitable for up to 20 people and has a fixed layout with an oval conference table.


Auditorium

The Auditorium is an excellent location for plenary settings, conferences, symposia and product presentations. The Auditorium has natural lighting and a view of the square and unique fountain designed by Karel Appel. It is well equipped with various audiovisual facilities, and lighting levels can be adjusted as required. The Auditorium is suitable for many different types of meeting, either in a theatre layout for up to 170 guests or a round-table layout for up to 75 guests.


Museumcafé

Tasteful and convivial, this space is excellent for a reception for up to 80 guests, or an intimate dinner for up to 50 guests.


Exhibition Areas

These beautiful surroundings lend a stimulating and aesthetic dimension to a dinner, a farewell reception or a reception for your business relations. The museum has an upper floor and ground floor. Both areas are suitable for receptions for up to 350 guests, or dinners for up to 200 guests. It is also possible to book the entire museum, providing a unique venue for up to 550 guests.
